Whats the best way to get more emails into the inbox? Can anyone recommend a product or service that works?

There is no short answer to this.
The first think to do is to have a genuine list, with real subscription and with targeted emails.
You can use a email service like mailchimp or something similar. Based on the numbers of emails you want to send you need you can go for a more dedicated solution but it will be more expensive.
