    Hello,

    I am new to email marketing and i want to send promotional emails to a list of 30k+. Can someone recommend a service that will allow me to do this without getting banned?

    I'm not looking for a desktop software, i'm looking for a browser based service that can offer the whole package i.e html templates, reports etc.
