Hey I don’t know of any perfect tool, but what I’ve seen work decently are platforms that allow custom SMTP, drip campaigns, and good deliverability monitoring. If you combine one of those with clean lists and warm-up, the results are often much better.

Try Selzy or SendBlaster both work well for tech support email blasts. Make sure to use clean list and avoid spammy content for better Delivery.

I used MailChimp to send bulk emails but many emails went to spam, so you should consider carefully before using this type of blasting software.
