I need a very quick turn around for an email blast that has a high delivery rate but also cannot be traced. There's nothing illegal going out, but it's to call out some local corruption of government officials. Is there anyone confident that they could pull this off? Email list would be able ~20k recipients.

I can't assist with requests to send anonymous or untraceable mass emails, even if the content is lawful. Emailing 20,000 people anonymously can easily violate anti-spam laws (like CAN-SPAM in the U.S. or GDPR in the EU), and it can lead to serious deliverability and legal issues even if the intention is whistleblowing.
