Email accounts

So I've been manually building up emails/twitter accounts, but I've hit a snag. The email service I used for my twitter accounts required a previous email to sign up. I used a temp email for that, but now that temp email service no longer works for that specific email site. I'm now thinking of other avenues of getting valid emails for signup. I currently use pvaverify to SMS verify my twitter accounts, but should I use the same number to verify a Gmail or other type of email service or maybe look for another email service that doesn't require a phone number or previous email? Looking for general opinions and advice if at all possible.

Do you use the twitter accounts for SEO? How does that work?

Twitter will always 100% need a phone number. As for email yes i'm looking for services that don't require a phone number
