What is the value of having aged gmail accounts vs new ones? What my question is, does having a gmail account that is 3 years better than 1 year or 6 months? Also, what is the difference between old PVA accounts and new phone verified? I'm a little confused.

1 - I am not 100% sure, but I have to say that aged accounts with sudden new activity on google + or any other google service will be less suspicious than a new account with a ton of a new activity.
2 - I am not sure what the difference is, would like to know as well
