I've created a new Tiktok account and can confirm that I've already surpassed the 3 total views in 1 hour.
So the bottom line is; Shadow bans do exist and getting a strike is sure-fire way to get shadow banned.
I did unlink my phone number from my previous account, in case I need it for the new account.
Similarly, I deleted my account which should take 30 days to confirm, as I don't want the algorithm to 'recognize' that the new account is linked to the previous account.
