As someone with a large Twitter following, it'll be very interesting to see how it unfolds.

To begin with, I think the platform will grow and become more popular - I just hope he makes the correct decisions long-term.

If he can find a way to remove the bots, it could be very lucrative. I guess it's just me, but I don't see Twitter being that valuable of an asset unless he just wants to use it as his personal platform.
