Elite Dollars Approval Process

I applied for the elite dollars affiliate program about two weeks ago and they are yet to reply me to tell me if i have been accepted or not.I have even sent them a follow up email and still no reply.Does anyone know how long it takes to get approval? What do i do next?

Geez! Doesnt anyone use elite dollars?
