I am not using the Form Elementor. How do I best solution - Brave (pop-up window)+ WPForms (form)
You have an encoding problem. I don’t know how to solve it, but try changing the encoding in the email sending settings.

I would suggest rather using elementor form try this one WPForms
but still, I think some language or code integration errors it might be.
