Yes, there are a lot of suppliers but there are only a few reputable true "dropshippers". You can have all your orders forwarded to the dropshipper that will fill the order automatically upon payment. Alibaba wants you to manual enter in every order through their website. Not convenient at all.

You can try alibaba but you will really have to look for quality... there are lots of chinese "disposable" products
