Electronic Cigarette Drop Shipping Supplier

Hi guys i have just started using a new electronic cigarette drop shipper called Rapid Vapor ,com i have been selling there kits on ebay , however they only ship in the USA right now , has anyone any other dropshippers that have good rates and will ship to canada?

Can you sell ecigs on ebay without getting blocked .. read somewhere that you cannot ..
