Elance withdraw time over. What to do?

Hi,
I requested a withdraw more than 13 working days before. But I did not get the money yet, it normally takes 10 working days, according to Elance. I contacted to chat agent, they said, they filed a claim to their billing department and they will trace the payment soon. But they could not provide me any exact time frame.

I added my only bank account, now some new payments are available, but I am not going to request another withdraw. I am scared!!!

What can I do now?

Please reply if anyone knows anything about this matter.

i am using paypal and the withdraws take less than an hour.
Is it your first withdraw ?
