EIN problems

ok, so i registered for an EIN and chose to have the paperwork as a pdf.

the only problem is the javascript popup to open the pdf immediately closes before I can access the document.

according to their website i won't be able to access this document later and they suggest if you can't print it, then to save it. can't do either, so is there anyway i can request the info again? or am i good with just the number?

the irs website is a labyrinth of confusion, any input would be appreciated. thanks

Ive never had to use anything from the doc but you can always place a call to the IRS. I was surprised that someone actually picked up and answered a few questions when I created my ein.

Seconded, call the IRS and they can hook you up right over the phone. =) I always do it online, but they are surprisingly helpful on the business line, and they can retrieve your EIN if you misplace it.
