Hi
anyone knows major retailers that sell electronic gift card and that payment is available through paypal that sell internationally?
I tried walmart and hp but they only accept us paypal account

i only knew about walmart .
and yes only USA PP for that.

hp.com is the same story
barnes and noble accept paypal from international clients
