eGift as payment method?

Hi there

I started to accept payment via e gift card from customers. accepting apple, amazon etc
however they send me screenshots of their confirmed order but no e gift card arrives to my email but customers have been charged!

for example on apple website it says delivers within 1 hour... on order confirmation also but nothing gets to me
did verify my email all is fine!

any other people around here who accept e gift and can give some advice ?
