I'm not a eBay fan but I don't know the details of the case to say they were in the wrong. Of course I don't feel sorry for them as they have screwed many sellers and affiliates. I'm hoping that this will give google (google checkout" an opportunity to take over some of the transaction handling.

To tell you the truth, I'm really surprised that no one has opened a class action lawsuit again them for integrating paypal so much into ebay.

well things are clear , original owners sold the business not the source code of the software , they keep the ownership lol , and they got 3 bill for that .... now egay wanna recover a part of their loss , since they it's seems wanna sell 70% of the company to another private group of investors with 1.9 bill ... thing is ... they had to loss from the start since they agree to pay such high fees for busniess only not for full ownership of the source code . Now the original owners can take another pie of cake from this biatches since anyway they have money stealing their customers and raising the fees ...

well, if i'm right in thinking, ebay will bring the mother of ban hammers to retain some of the money.

will someone stand up and do something, if the were marketing with whitehat methods.
maybe a number of marketers who market this way should get together and sue ebay for loss of earns???

You guys do realize that egay owns paypal right ? So why did the sec allow an auction site to own a freakin bank ? That just didn't make sense. They get what they deserve if you ask me.

Ebay deserve This Ebay is home of 50% Scammers and there supports sucks also paypal ( its the worst payment system i have been use but have to use it because no money and no sale in any other payment processor's ) i m very happy that Skype is against Egay !
