I just had a cool idea too, if anyone cares;

Google email us when we get a chance or have started ranking for new keywords right, can we not export that list, ask ChatGPT to determine similar keywords, then selenium our way through throwing those variations at keyword planner?

Export all, combine sheets, score keywords, then you've a source of content for expanding on all of the keywords you've started gaining a chance at ranking for...

I suppose that's whitehat SEO too, two threads in one

I can set up a lovely organic site; Google Merchant Center just seems like a perfect next step to have your work line up on the paid side as you said

Like you're dead right: "and maybe even indirectly help organic rankings", the goal really is - if I can gauge a strong standing website, and Google can gauge a strong standing platform for services or products, the next step is wait for the traffic and if the traffic engages well, get to advertising right?

Edit: have you imported to both WordPress and GMC mate? What can you tell me about the process?

Is XPath available on the GMC side too?

Edit 2: it actually looks like Google does the import itself... Predefined CSV file structure... No XPath just old-school CSV

I have a Python script I can mess with for creating a CSV like that, and one to fill it, I made it to do towns in county for Ireland then for each town add five services/products/article titles/etc. I can use that for your idea

I seen a bit about XML I need to rewind to, I'd say you've done some cool little projects on the side you @GlobalProxy4g

I'm a little sh*t for it, poor RoiBox has been getting it the past four years, id watch 3/4 of a video or read 3/4 of something then go off making madness, getting confused, pesting RoiBox and then watching the last 1/4 8-9 months later

See I thought about the CSV side but didn't know anything about the importing side, my job is to provide the lists to add to the feeds I'm just trying to create the right thing to output something I can single out(in Google's structure we know now) to be ready for import

But like, I can do this for myself now

Clothing Masks Balaclava,
Clothing Masks Hockey Mask,

You could then do maybe

Makeup Ear Rings Loops,
Makeup Ear Rings Studs,
Makeup Lipstick Red,
etc.

With that structure being crafted off the bat, I'd just need to repurpose my title to lowercase and space to dash function to turn my titles into slugs to concatenate the hierarchical structure to custom labels?

Have you seen the Google Listings & Ads plugin? Would we not be best off uploading my products to WooCommerce then using the plugins functionality to import ready to GMC?

How do you like them apples my guy, import a theme, WP all export the post type, rejig it to output a file ready to import
