Effective YouTube video advertising squeeze page?

do you have any tips on how to create a nice effective youtube video in order to drive traffic to a squeeze page?

I suppose it would depend on what you are selling. I guess whether it's a product or a service, you have to highlight the strengths and then have a way for people to visit the page. You could try annotations (although I haven't been able to use those with an external website, just an approved ecommerce store) or if you are using true view you can do a call to action overlay.

A nice youtube video should be brief if you're going to use it for advertisements. Not too many pompous effects. And the texts that accompany the video should be readable.

Try to use Adobe After Effect. This is great software for this regard.

does anyone know where i can get some advertising packages? what i mean is a good video animation software with animation images, audio clips of music etc etc, something to make my own advertising videos for my landing pages and cpa products, i have looked every where and can not find a free package like that on all the blackhat forums

What I like about it: You did include a nice picture of the product in the video
What can be improved: I know you are trying to stay low budget but the text animations are very laggy it seems like. This doesn't look too professional or even convincing. If I was interested in a blender I am not sure that this would convince me to buy the product.
Instead of music, you should have a commentary. I believe you should be highlighting all of the claims that are made in the video. I would remove the directed by and starring end credits. You can leave the link to your blog at the end, but I might suggest you just say visit the link in the description. Not everyone is going to want to type http://(productname).blogspot.com.au Most people would rather click the link in the description than type it. If I were you I would add some sort of call to action. Make an annotation at the end that tells people that this is the product they need to start living that healthy product, then convince them that they need it.
That might have been a lot to take in but I am just trying to help you out with how I would personally improve it. If I were and had a (I'm assuming) fairly low budget to make this happen, I would:
-Make the video with animoto and add my voiceover to it. If I could pay $5 to have someone on fiverr make the video with their professional account, I would do so.
-Add annotations. You need to encourage people to watch to the end and to click the link in the description
-You have done a good job with the tags in my opinion, so I would keep those the same
-I would add views and likes, even if you can not afford high retention views. If I am going to buy a product from a blogspot, it isn't going to be from a video with 11 views. If I see that 50+ people liked the video and it has at least a few thousand views, I might give the link a check.

I can critique your landing page a little bit but I imagine someone else will probably comment before me giving you some tips with that. With that, I hope that you benefited from some of what I see as pretty good advice. I wasn't trying to down anything you did, I was just mentioning where I would improve on things. You have definitely taken some action and that's the first step of being successful at anything!

I think there is too much going on. I like everything that is going on on the left side, but on the right side you have a lot of ads, many that aren't relevant to a blender. For example, the top ad is for facebook groups which isn't at all related to blenders or even the health niche. These ads are taking focus off what you are trying to do; sell your product. Keeping the adsense ads isn't too bad of an idea because if you get a couple clicks, it is comparable to the commission you would get on selling your amazon product.

In short, you have too many ads (often unrelated) on the right side.

This is REALLY dependant on what your selling. If it's a legit product you want to have your name on become somewhat of a personality on YouTube and make videos about it etc. If it's a more spammy product, pretending your someone else (possibly with multiple channels/videos) doing a review of the product.

Sorry I can't give a more specific answer, but I don't have any details on the product itself. I'd be glad to give you more advice personally via private message if you want.

How has your success been with that video you pasted? Im thinking of getting into promoting product stuff, health products stuff with youtube videos.

I see you used a direct amazon link, amazon actually does not allow you to use affiliate links on youtube, but I guess they dont notice huh? So has it worked well?
