Effect of Telegram Premium on the search algorithm

With the introduction of Telegram Premium I started seeing some channels getting ahead in the search. Then different SMM panels started offering views and channels from people with premium status, with the idea that this may boost your channels ranking in the search. What is your opinion on this?

I am engaged in bringing it to the top, these premium views are no different, everything works as before only premium users
 
With the availability of Telegram Ads now, I think it won't make any more sense.
