I have scrapebox and am interested in finding out what the difference between a normal .com backlink and a .edu. Also how would i go about getting these from scrapebox?

The difference between an EDU link and a .COM is that often times the EDU will have much more "value" to pass along to your website. Since EDUs are often linked to by thousands of amazing domains, the PageRank they have is amazing. They are also "harder" to receive than normal links as EDUs are often students/professors/webmasters that will only link to credible sources.

EDU and Gov links are seen as the dogs bollocks, just ensure they are good quality ones though.

.edu and .gov have greater value then .com google loves them.

Actually in a video by matt cutts he says .gov and .edu have no more value then .com etc it like most backlinks comes down to the pr etc.

edus dont have the impact they once did. Search the forum and youll find free edu lists and you can also find footprints for scrapebox to get edus.
