1. I just made an account on eDomz and add there my simple blog. They accept my blog and I copied code from eDomz to my mainly html on Blogger but I can't see there any pop up ads. It doesn't work for me.
After that I removed this code from mainly html and paste it to html on my post. Here you can see how it looks now.
Here it's my simple blog with this code in post html:
There is some popup window but I don't know how should it looks because I can't see there any ad, only eDomz landing page. ;/
2. Can anybody tell me how many money they will pay me for one visitor on my blog?
