There's quite a few good and bad reviews on Google: https://www.google.com/search?q=eDomz+review

I've never personally used them but they've definitely been around for quite awhile which at least shows a bit of stability.

Don't know about buying popups from them but am there testing them as publisher for last 2 days.
So far am not impressed
