I prefer Dreamweaver but if you're looking for a free editor checkout brackets.io or atom.io

Brackets and Atom have a good amount of free extensions that can be added on.

Take a look into Atom editor.
Another great option is WebStorm by JetBrains.

Sublime Text is the most comfortable editor I've worked with.
Use it for most of my work except for projects in C, Python and Java.

Switched to Sublime for some time. The plugins are great and rather easy and fast to install. You might want to read this post. You can skip the 'Python' part.
