Editing Video Software and URL

I have a person that is just completing my video for my website.

In the beginning and at the end of the video, he will be placing my URL...

Is there a good easy software program that any of you can recommend that will allow me to edit the URL and add a different URL's

First that comes to my mind is Camtasia. You can download the 30 days trial version from techsmith.com and place a "callout" with your link over the original one.
