There are several. If you have Microsoft Word, you already have a PDF editor.
Otherwise, Sejda PDF editor works great on small files (under 50mb), available as an online tool or as a download.
A couple of others are Inkscape and PDFescape Online PDF Editor.

problem with all the editors I have found online is they do not let you directly edit the text, rather put a 'white' box over text then allow you to type which puts things out of sync not to mention getting the font right - it needs to look unedited. editing in microsoft word then saving back into PDF format sends text and images all over the place and does not look the same as the original PDF did.
The way I have done this in the past is using a site called iLovePDF (you can google it). I use that to covert the PDF to a word document. If you don't MS Office on your computer you could use Google Docs and edit it there. If you need the file as a PDF you can simply convert it to PDF using the same site.
