editing profile picture

Hi guys,

Im currently buying accounts for instagram, i can edit everything except profile picture loging though proxy from my PC. I also can upload the photos though proxy from FL Bot. How do you edit that profile picture without using an smartphone? I can change the id of my phone so i want to edit the accounts only using my computer and proxys.

Could you give me advice?

If you have an iPod touch, take it to a Starbucks and log in via their free WiFi
 
How do you use Instagram anyway. What about android emulator such as bluestacks app player
 
My phone will have the same device ID and instagram will ban the accounts anyways, im not loging in the app for that reason. Im just loging from PC + browser proxy and though browser i cant edit my profile picture
