Editing my script/website

I am really no big wizard when it comes to this thing, thats why I bought a script.

First off, I want to add other ads, then the ones buildt into the site (frames)

Secondly, I want to change the colors on the site, to make it look less 100% clone.
I have no idea where to even start.

Thirdly I want to change the Twitter button with a facebook like button in the list view

Can anyone help me?

I think I can help you as I have edited many sites before. Like, get one theme and then edit it to look totally different. I can help you as long as it doesn't require (too much) PHP coding, HTML/CSS editing is fine with me
