editing csv

hi. i have a very large .csv file. it has 2 columns in it. one with the amazon product name. and the other with a description. but the description is something like this...

Model Number: P45BNMSU0--> then product description...

Is there a way I can take away all the Model Number: XXXXXXXXX from column 2. And not have to sit there for 72hrs doing it. there's alot!
