Can anyone explain me can i have my avatar as my business's logo? I mean can i keep my Business's logo as my avatar?Will BHW allowing such a type of avatars? I really need a assistance to keep my avatar under my profile..

On the left side under "My Settings" there's one for Edit Avatar: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/profile.php?do=editavatar

Upload or add a URL to the Custom Avatar section, then hit Save Changes.

I know how to setting the avatar but my question is different can i keep my business logo as my avatar?

I don't see why not. There's nothing against it in the rules.
