edit means? video edit? i dont think so. if title and description then yes.

Unless there is a major change in the Title/description, it will not. I did changes many a times but only to fix up the error or adding up the missing part. It never turned me off

Yes, You may drop ranked editing, but I know a person who is changing thumbnail continuously to blast views.
When his videos goes to viral, then stop changing thumbnail.
