About 1-2 hours work. Do it right and I'll get you doing the many others I have.
It's no more complicated than adding a java script to the CSS header (Zango gateway), and adding thumbnails to the front end so that it looks more like an adult site.
I have a heap of wordpress blogs that each need some minor editing like this.
