I did similar thing in very small scale (like 10 posts) and posts never got deleted.
It seems they will hardly ban your account (they might remove the content though) and even if they do so, they will send you a notice for sure.

Yes, pinning same pins to multiple boards including group board trigger the system but uploading edited version once won't be a problem until someone manually report you.It will be rare I think, I might be wrong though. So, I think there should be no issues editing and reposting even at large scale.
