ED Pills vs Cam Site

I am currently waiting approval for the "blue chew" erectile dysfunction pill from crakrevenue. I think this product would be fairly straightforward to promote on Reddit. It currently pays 80$ per sale.
On the other hand I am thinking about marketing the "Livejasmin" can site that pays 130$ per sale. I feel the can site would be harder to promote due to the fact that it is strictly adult. Do you think the extra 50$ is worth the possible drop in conversions. I haven't promoted either one of these products before so I am just wondering what you guys would think is more profitable.
Also, what are yalls opinions on promoting 2 offers at the same time? I do want to split test my profitability with each. But I am worried that not focusing on one or the other would lead me to fail at both. Thoughts?

I've had a good amount of success with Bluechew on Reddit... I haven't advertised Livejasmin but had some success with a Colabel site I setup through Awempire.

I have most conversions with advertorial landing page for Bluechew.

I recommend bluchew with paid ads. However you may have different experience.
