My Ecwid store has been blocked, and when visiting the public store link, a message appears stating:

The store is blocked. If you made a purchase at this store, contact your bank and request a chargeback.

i emailed the support to take it down, and that's how they respond :
"At the moment we don't have a built-in way to change this message, sorry."

now if a customer want to get back and purchase again, they will they'll see the message and change their mind or even ask for a chargback although i never scammed anyone in my business.

how can i take that down?

Since Ecwid controls the hosting, that message can’t be removed directly. The only fix is to stop using their link and redirect your domain or set up a new store so customers don’t see it.

I was selling IPTV subscriptions, and no I can’t switch to Shopify it’s becoming way expensive

In same emails and newsletters, the link is there so I can’t remove and people do check these emails and click the link
