ECPM scrub rate

I am trying to learn traffic arbitrage buying traffic on network A o send to banners on network B
This seemed easy enough on paper but having some issues.
Biggest problem however is scrubbing.
I sent some ads from popads to a mobile redirect page yesterday and only about 50% of my traffic was counted. This is better than another company that only counted 10%.
is this normal what is a normal scrub rate when it comes to CPM and banner ads.

the scrub rate depends on the owner and differs. no set %

all networks are thieves. else it will be hard to survive. especially new ones. and for old networks, they just lower the percentage.

having said that. remember. the one way to lower your chances is to setup your own tags properly using an ad server.

It is quite normal for the traffic provider dashboard to say one thing and for google analytics to say another thing. Some companies count the traffic if the user closes the browser to quickly or its bot traffic and they block it on their end or you have fraud protection on your end...just a part of the business sadly.
