What is the best e-book cover creator for a non techie noob?

Any that can be used without owning Photoshop?

    Thanks for any assistance.

fiverr is a great place to look if you can't seem to get myecovermaker to do what you want. I know I had trouble trying to use it.

I agree with GlobalIP. Better try Fiverr, there are so many of them offering such service.

    +1 for Fiverr.

There are plenty of gigs there, where guys can make you an ebook cover for a measly 5 bucks.

If you're not happy with the quality, then you could try independent designers - just search "ebook cover design" in Google.
