Hello,

Are there any ecommerce site owners ? (Not adult or gambling)
We have about 300 clients at the moment. All of them are between 0.5 - 3.5 conversion rates.

Curious to know how other brands are doing ?

And you're looking for more clients or sharing the ones you have?

Sounds more like a JV but please explain.

Thanks

I am an eCommerce owner. So as Laaaawan asked, are you looking for more clients or sharing yours?

0.5 - 3.5% conversion rate sounds fairly reasonable. Are you saying you do work for 300 ecom sites?

Hello, can you please explain if you are looking for more clients or plan to use your clients data to promote campaigns?

They are using our marketing platform for their digital marketing needs. We are helping them improve their conversion rates.
They are mostly using email marketing automations. (Welcome, browse abandoment, cart recovery campaigns.)

Lately we introduced webpush notification campaigns and started to see good results.

What do you guys use to improve conversion rates ?

Post sale follow up is something a lot of sites ignore. If you have a product the customer is happy with they are likely to buy more. They can also be the best sales people.

For my teddy bear website we run this after the sale.

The first four are from the teddy bear.

Cutesy thank you message. (Order acknowledgment)
I am packing my things ( order be prepped)
I have said goodbye to my friends and look forward to meeting you (posted)
See you tomorrow (delivery date)

The second set are from a friend of the bear

Just checking that <bear name> arrived safely and you are happy. Would you mind sharing a photo of you too together here.

Thanks for the photo here’s a discount off your next purchase and if you know anyone else as kind as you please share this with them.

Then after a couple of weeks we run another referral email.

Thank you for the reply it is a nice list.

We are testing the following automated messages as well. CDP helps us target the right customers

  • First Purchase Email (1 week after the customer signs up, if they haven't purchased anything)
  • New Arrival Products Email (Automated Message, goes out weekly or monthly)
  • Price Drop Products Email (Automated Message, goes out weekly or monthly)
  • Top Selling Products Email (Automated Message, goes out weekly or monthly)
  • We miss you Email (Automated Message, goes out 30,60,90 days afer customers purchase)
  • Birthday Emails
  • Anniversary Emails
Each one adds couple of percent, but when it is automated. It makes 15-20% of the whole revenue.

Photo sharing scenario, is that automated ? Curios to see how it works ?
