I don't know of any hosting companies that will "fix" security flaws in your site. I also don't know of any "SaaS security" services that will do that either. Sucuri will remove a hack if it has already occured, but they will not proactively fix security flaws in your site itself (aside from software/plugin updates etc).
So in reality, yes, they should reach out to a web security company, but likely do not already have one that they use.

Bump lol. This is a solid method anyway. To twist you could find local security expert/ I.T person who has not monetized knowledge or split profit. Also if you spend 1-3 weeks doing a little research/watching videos you could become a decent "E-com security specialist." The emailing part sounds hard, but is well worth it. You could outsource mailing part. Reminds me of furious george dmca method (you remove cracked software for clients). When doing this you need to make sure you play on people's emotions. Furious George method tells people they could lose money due to piracy. This tells a client they may risk hurting website if not better security. Another method is to tell smaller ecom stores they need copyright (use copyright affalite program or register for your client with permission) or someone can steal their idea. Many of these smaller scale stores may have not filed for trademark/copyright yet.
