Ecommerce Questions

Okay this is my first post here, so hello blackhat world you've got a nice place here.

I dug around a little bit and didn't see allot of posts about this. If theirs one that answers my questions sorry please let me know, or if there's something out their going over setting up an eCommerce like this I'd like to know the more info I get the better.

What I'm trying to do is setup a store selling products I've found on ebay that are buy it now and multiple sellers have in stock, and then drop ship them to the customer, until I've made enough money to start having products on hand and making my own. I'm not sure how solid of a business plan this is, so I wanted to get some opinions and answers to a couple questions.

#1 Does ebay have a limit on an account changing the shipping address? If so what's the limit? Should I just start creating multiple accounts now? I planned on making a few, but if there's no need then I'll be able to spend more time on the seo side.

#2 Has anyone had experiences doing this with ebay? If so how'd it work and did you contact the sellers before hand telling them what you're doing so they don't send a bunch of stuff in the box saying buy from "whatever ebay shop", or a receipt telling the customer they payed $20 for something they could of payed $10 for? I was planning on emailing a bunch of the sellers to see what they would say, but haven't done it yet I figured I check around first.

#3 Do you think this is a solid idea? Do you have any pointers or do you think this is a dumb idea?

My seo on the site is doing pretty well so now I'm trying to iron out all the kinks, any suggestions?

#3 I do not have much experience but usually an e commerce site is selling at a better price than ebay or amazon. It is also possible you would have issues changing the shipping adress. Like some people are only gonna ship on your paypal shipping address because too many people have scam them.

What I would do if I was you is call ebay directly and explain to them what you want to do.

You should check out alibaba

You better resort to an amazon affiliate site, as its difficult to beat them on prices and you would be getting your commissions without the hassle of fulfillment worries.

Amazon commissions suck.

Thank you guys. I've looked into alibaba dhgate and aliexpress, but I'm in a clothing niche in the US so I couldn't find anything in American sizes or that wasn't spandex that I wanted to sell on my site. I was going to do the affiliate side but I know it will be a better route to start processing the orders myself. Plus I'll make decent money doing it this way. The plan is to only use ebay until I've made enough to make money own clothes and stock them.

I've gotten 3 emails out of the 8 I sent yesterday back. Two were okay with me using them. Granted I'm not asking them to make new shipping labels or anything like that.

Even better just become an affiliate of products. There's more profit margin because you aren't shipping yourself. If you rank and sell products as an affiliate you have only one responsibility, marketing.
