eCommerce niche with these on page 1?

Hi guys,
I was analysing some keywords I found with product ranges of $30 - $200. I checked the page 1 rankings and I found that some Reddit threads are ranking as well as Yahoo answers questions.

My question is...Is Reddit a good sign that a keyword is easy to outrank?

Easier than beating Best Buy, Amazon, and eBay frankly. Not a sure sign of "easy" however, because it depends on a lot.

Look at PPC for that term and it will probably tell you more about the playing field.
