Ok guys this is my 2nd go with this JV opportunity.
1st off I am not going to REQUIRE any financial investment although a few dollars may need to be spent.
Anyway here is the deal, the niche is Clubwear, Lingerie, Sex Toys, Bachelorette supplies etc.. There is huge amounts of traffic for these items and those that are successful are making millions every year.
Exact Searches-

Of course there are long tail versions to target as well as brands and categories but based on these exact match results you can see the monthly potential.
What do I bring to the table? I have an eCommerce site setup and ready to sell items, there is no fulfillment work needed it is handled by a 3rd party. No customer service to do, no items to ship, no work outside of IM!
All products are marked up 2X's and they still are among the cheapest anywhere! So if we get the traffic we can bring the prices up a few % and make even more. Example, if we sell an item for $30 our net profit is $15.
What I need is someone who could put in work, if you have some SEO tools it would be handy but not 100% necessary.
What is the issue? The issue is the site is a copy of probably several hundred others, meaning BIG duplicate content issues in the eyes of Google. Trying to rank that site will be like trying to kill a Bull with a slingshot.
What needs to happen is that we need to create another site to act as a gateway to the money page, this is where you come in!
You should be able to create a site, add content and rank it. You should be able to make the site attractive and compelling for readers to come back over and over and of course eventually go to the site and buy something.
I have spoken with very respected members of BHW using a similar program that makes $1000 a month who only get 25% of sell price. We would get 50% of the sell price meaning we could each get to $1000 p/month recurring and more! (not going to mention the member(s) but if they would like to chime in go right ahead)
What is MY part? Well I have to pay the fulfillment center for their services, which I cover every month. I also paid a set up fee,I also still try to SEO the site but at this point I realize it will NEVER work as is due to the issues I discussed above. I will continue to contribute to the SEO of the new site.
What is the deal? Make me an offer!!! What will you do and what % do you expect in return? If you have a lingerie, sex toy, vibrator blog already ranking well then this is a no brainer. If you dont but can make one, this too is a golden opportunity.
A couple of odds and ends: I get a real check and the check arrives the month AFTER the sales. So if we do $3000 in February, I wont see a check until March so you would have to wait until i see a check to get your payment. I will give you access to the "backdoor" of the site, if you are good at graphics and/website creation you can play with the look of the site, ad coupon codes etc...
Why dont I do this myself? I have SEO clients that are paying me to work for them, I also still do part time work at night at a family business, I simply do not have the time to create and maintain a new site. If you do and fit the qualites in this post this is a great opportunity!
