Ecommerce in USA - Possible to compete with GIANTS?

I make ecommerce for garden & forest tools niche. I have alot knowledge from both world making ecommerce and products from niche.

My first client (5 employees) just hit 52.000 EUR /year sales per 1M residents. So far with 100% year to year growth.

"Easy job" would be to replicate this ecommerce for others and making money, but!

I live in small country and I can`t work for more clients (they are competitors) that is why I am looking to go outside in USA, UK, CA.

The question:
My target are small companies who need "simple" ecommerce without ERP or some heavy integrations. For example USA are so big that I can get 1 client in each state that is 51 , but again.

Can this small company compete with GIANTS (amazon, wallmart, and others) in USA?

Where do you buy a lawn mower or chainsaw, from local shop with service (maintenance) or online giants?

All the biggies once started as a small business. Also there are thousands of small shopify stores successfully selling so I don't see why you shouldn't succeed with the right plan.
