Hey sorry if is the wrong section i wasnt to sure what section to post it in. I am looking for a offshore hosting server that i can run an online shopping site. i am going to be drop shipping the items but would prefer no contact back to me. If anyone knows of an easy service or something to use it would be much appreciated. I dont have much experience building a website and was looking to use something like woocomerce

If you are going to to host ecommerce site, you should go for VPS Hosting as it is more reliable and is cheaper than Dedicated Server too. You can host woocommerce platform on a Linux VPS Server with cPanel control panel.

Well i want to host a site that sells knock offs so i need something thats gonna ignore DMCA and be secure. also need a suggestion for what kind of eCommerce software to use

You will have to go for an offshore hosting account if you don't want the DMCA rules to be interfering with your site contents. Also the following are the best opensource E commerce software, which are really user friendly and widely used.

1. Magento
2. OSCommerce
3. Opencart
4. Prestashop

These can be installed very easily in your domain space. Please note you will need to keep these software upto date as that would strengthen the security.
