Ecommerce audit - Profit share

Here are the main details at a glance:

• Niche: specialty vitamins
• Drop-shipping partnership with the manufacturer, an established company in the sphere
  
• Target market: western Europe but I can ship worldwide
• Your profit per item: €8-€30
  
• The store is on Shopify and online just for 3 months
• Traffic so far was about 400 visitors but 0 sales

I am looking for someone who has proven e-commerce experience and is willing to audit the store and make suggestions on how to improve it.
I would be also interested in traffic but only once conversion is there.

I am tired of self-acclaimed marketing gurus who charge but don't deliver that's why I am offering this profit share agreement. My goal is to build this into a reliable business not a short term income gig.

This is more like a JV post, i believe you need an AD manager who could manage your campaign professionally. It includes research and management which should be paid hourly or as contract basis. If you need a professional ads manager, i can help you but if you're looking for JV then it's a wrong section.
