eComerce? What to charge?

today my personal clothesdealer called me. He owns shops and sells high quality products like PRPS, Philipp Plein, Jaded by Knight and stuff. 5k+ per jacket is normal. He knows so many footballplayer personal and stucks now cause he got to send out 90 pics per person/day of clothes to about 40 footballplayers. So he called me and we talked about our businesses. Then he asked me about a online shop. If I could build one. SURE I said.

What would you charge? Its a friend and he knows a fuckin BUNCH of people.

Try to get as much as you can, see how much he's willing to pay max and build him an awesome and unique e-commerce site.
Tell him your plan and outsource everything, on DP, fiverr, BHW services etc.
Don't use WordPress btw, use a popular e-commerce script.

High end clothing and dealing with higher end people require something special. You need to stand out and I think if you can make something bad ass you could charge quadruple the amount normally. Remember you are fulfilling a need, he has a need to not email out 3600 pics a day. He could be do something more productive. Offer to maintain and do the pictures yourself every day for a monthly fee. Do not make this a one time deal!!

Yeah...dont make it a one time fee. If he sees the importance of e commerce, try and set up an online campaign...for a %, so if he goes through your advertising etc and someone buys, u get a % on top of what he will be paying monthly

You can charge a one time fee and then monthly maintenance fee also. The sale he is getting means he can easliy afford to pay you 5k-10k initially and then you can go for 3k-5k monthly.
