Anyone here tried writing eBooks and selling them via affiliates? I would be interested in your views and opinions and recommendations on affiliate networking (is click bank the daddy here?). Is this as profitable as it sounds?
Is the niche you create a product for important? I am looking at creating a guide to developing websites on microsoft platforms, but not the average guide a full three part series taking a beginner right through a project from conception to build teaching fundamental basics of programming in .NET while creating a real working website - leaving them with good basic skills in OOP, database design, HTMl, CSS. The key concern I have is that I susspect this would be hard to market due to competition, will that impact things?
