hi, i m starting a new venture and i m actually building a website to sell and buy ebooks =, and i will have some free downloads also, my question is how legal is it to upload books to the internet { i didn't create them myself i found them on the internet for free } , and is this valid for an affilliate marketing end game for amazon associates and others ? is ts adsense friendly or not ? thanks guys

Not legal to sell eBooks of others without there permission.
I m not going to sell ebooks that i dont own i m sharing them for free

Still not allowed unless the author has given written permission. How would you feel if you spend money and weeks/ months writing an eBook only for someone to give it away. Write your own ebooks to give away as a lead generator or list builder
Ok of course i understand that absolutely, but those said ebooks are already all over the internet if you search for them you will find them, its just like the streaming industry i think so, how come thousands of streaming websites are all working and those all libraries online for free are accessible for the public and they arent down thats my core question
