Ebook with trademark

Hello, I just got myself a crazy domain name to give u an example it's mybrand the real owner's website is my-brand why he chose to go for a hypened domain is beyond me so I bought the unhyphened one because his brand name gets like 30k monthly exact hits his main business is selling books about weightloss.

I want to make $ with this but not by taking a commission on his book from amazon because that would be only 1,5$ per sale so what could I do ?

His best selling ebook is like 270 pages, I don't want to rewrite it, it's going to take me a year. It's copyrighted. So what could I do or how could I rewrite it very quickly? It's a .pdf

If there is a way for me to quickly rewrite his ebook or make changes to it so it doesn't fall under copyright laws anymore, I could be making 20$ per sale instead of the 1.5$ Amazon would pay me

Maybe try promoting the truth about 6 pack abs on clickbank?

The problem is, it has to be in French. I can't sell it english stuff with this domain name, as French people don't understand English and I wouldn't count on the bilingual ones to be buying the ebook

The thing is, people type the name of this natural weightloss method, they click on my website on page #1 and the abviously are looking for the real method. So if I put some ebook on it thats also about weightloss but a totally different method (not naturally for example) then I won't be converting, right ?
