Ebook, PDF earnings? - is it good idea?

So, I currently have to almost dead niches that are making me ~30$ a month. If I get to minimum on AWM with Net.30 in October I'll get my money basically for December (November is 30days of waiting for payout).

I need to start something fresh and I actually have a idea of site with PDF's (can't write details, obviously).
I was thinking about payout from some PPD that pays often, to pay domain. Or Microworkers, maybe.

My questions are:
- is it possible to make about $50/month (at least, for startup) on site with ebooks, guides and tuts in PDF - that are wanted? I can find good niches, but if so, I have another question.
- how to promote ebook site? I'm good at making YT vids, I just don't know how to make a vid about ebook. For example Ebook describing easy money, or... ummm game guides? Just example.
Since now, I was recording video-tutorials with Camtasia. But if I want to get $$$ from PDF tutorials I can't show method/content in video... Question is: How to make video?

Is possible to make as money as you want, it depends on many factors like traffic, unique content and comission.
You can promote your site using SEO which is the best way at least from me.

SEO? With paid bots? It needs some $$$, and I don't have them for startup except for domain.

I don't believe in SEO with usual backlinks and stuff.
